Product Design & Colour
Product descriptions and details are true to the best of our knowledge. A visual copy of the product portrays a virtual image in the minds of the buyers. The colours displayed may slightly vary due to changes in the monitor colour settings from user to user. Much care is taken to portray the product accurately and precisely. The design, colour and size may vary slightly due to design and production changes.
Before placing an order with Planet of Accessories, the User needs to register themselves with the website. It helps us to improve our service and allows to create a “Wishlist” of items you may want to purchase in future visits. The user needs to register their details once and can then directly login to their personal account to: place orders, track orders and manage the orders.

Once the user has made an account with Planet of Accessories, it is protected with a secure password that you determine. The activated account saves the user’s shipping details and buying preferences and suggests customised offers. No payment information is saved for your security. The password protects the account from any unauthorized attacks, thus keeping your online purchases secure.
Information You Provide to Us
Planet of Accessories captures various user details at the time of order placement and registration. We are authorized to use, store or process any personal information provided by you in accordance the Data Protection Act 1998. The details can include Name, Email Address, Telephone number or any other information that is relevant to process the order being placed.
If you would like to request or review any part of your personal information held by Planet of Accessories, please contact us. When you choose to buy products through our website or give us personal information, we may collect information about your buying behaviour. If you send us personal correspondence such as emails or letters then we may collect this information into a file specific to you. All such information collected by us shall be referred to in these terms and conditions as ‘Personal Information’
By clicking on the ‘Place My Order’ button you are agreeing to joining our email newsletter list. These occasional emails will include sale offers and new items which may be relevant to you. You can unsubscribe at any time.
Once your order is placed and paid for, you will receive a confirmation email from the Planet of Accessories team. This confirmation email is an acknowledgement between the two parties. IF YOU HAVE NOT RECEIVED A CONFIRMATION EMAIL, YOUR ORDER HAS NOT BEEN ACCEPTED. The order will only be processed upon completion of payment. Some goods have a “Limit cap”, meaning that only a fixed quantity of a particular item can be ordered.
Accepted Methods of Payment
Payments can be made using a PayPal account or you can choose to pay by card. Once an order is placed, a standard pre-authorization check is carried out to validate the payment request. Forms of accepted card payment include: Visa, Visa Delta, Visa Electron, Maestro/Switch/Solo, MasterCard and American Express.
Please note: some credit card companies levy a currency conversion fee for any International order processing. This fee will be added to the cost of the items purchased, by your bank.
We aim to deliver our orders as soon as possible. All deliveries are sent by second class though a courier service by default. There are two delivery options available for the customer to choose from. The options available are:
- Next Day Delivery
- Courier Delivery
Every delivery dispatched is recorded and an SMS and/or email are sent to the customer. The delivery charges vary between items due to postage and packaging costs. Orders are usually dispatched within 72 hours and aim to be delivered within 3-14 working days. Any delivery charges will be displayed clearly in your order placement form and will be added to the total price of the goods being purchased.
Planet of Accessories reserves the rights of order cancellation and will review its return policy for cancellation. The order can only be cancelled up to 48 hours after the order has been placed. If the item has already been dispatched, we cannot cancel it. The order cancellation request can be sent via email to the Planet of Accessories Customer Support Team through the “Contact us” section of the website.
Planet of Accessories requires an RMA (return merchandise authorization) number on return items. No returns are accepted without this number. It is the responsibility of the customer to contact us (using the Contact section of our website or email directly: return-refunds within 7 working days from the date of delivery to initiate the return policy. You will receive a reply telling you how and where to send your return items, along with a RMA number. This MUST be included in the return package. It’s the responsibility of the purchaser to return the goods unwashed, unaltered, not used and in the original state they were received in. The returned goods need to be in a resalable condition, unless they were received damaged (please see Defective Products section). Please note that if any of these conditions are not met, we may not accept returned goods.
The return policy applies only when the products are returned before the expiry of the warranty period. All the goods that need to be exchanged or require repair should be sent back before expiry of the warranty. Please note that the items that have been damaged by the user are not covered under the warranty policy.
Please note that the warranties policy does not cover iOS upgrades and that which falls under software updates. For example, if a customer purchases an item designed for compatibility with iOS7, but then updates their device to iOS8 and finds that the product no longer works, we can replace your item but you must pay the difference in cost and relevant P&P.
If these conditions are met, you will be entitled to a refund, not including P&P, within 30 days to the account that you paid with (Wowcher, Bank, PayPal etc.). We cannot be held responsible for any units that have been damaged in return transit. When returning goods, we recommend using a tracking or “sign for” service.
Please note: Planet of Accessories does not have a policy of return on clothing, headphones or single use items such as screen protectors.
If you believe you have received a faulty product, then you can get in touch with us within 7 working days from the date of receiving the goods through the “Contact Us” form or directly by email.
If you have received a damaged article this must be reported within 24 hrs from the time of receiving the package. The defect may be due to manufacturing error or transit. Kindly mention the details of the fault/damage in the return package. The defective good needs to bereturned within 15 days (depending on the type of product) from the date of delivery of the goods. The product(s) may need to be returned for our executives to examine; they will analyse the type and severity of defect. We cover defects due to manufacturing faults, design fault or any defect caused at the factory. We cannot be held responsible for any units that have been damaged in return transit.
Once the type of defect is analysed, the refund process will be processed as soon as possible and an intimation of the same will be sent to you through email.
Delayed / Lost Delivery
All orders are delivered in 3-14 working days after dispatch, but if your order is not received within this period, please contact Planet of Accessories Customer Services team so we can follow up the delayed/lost package. You must notify us within 25 days to allow us to place a claim with our courier company. After this time we may not be able to compensate you for any loss.
If the package has been lost due to the customer giving us incorrect shipping information, then we are not liable and you will not be entitled to a refund. If it is through no fault of your own, then we will need to confirm shipping information in order to send out a replacement as soon as we can.
Online Contract Formation
By completing and submitting an order, you are agreeing to these Terms and Conditions. Our acceptance of your order is only be considered complete once we the dispatch confirmation email or SMS to you, or when the goods you ordered are dispatched, whichever happens first. If for any reason your order is rejected before we can accept it and payment has been taken, a full refund will be made immediately. Any goods on the same order which we have not confirmed in the confirmation email or SMS and that have not been dispatched to you do not form part of the binding contract between you and Planet of Accessories.
Security & Fraud
Planet of Accessories complies with the applicable laws and will not tolerate any attempts to obtain goods by fraudulent means. If an attempt is made to do any fraudulent action, the matter will be reported to the concerned Authorities. Buyer details can easily be judged as the site captures information about the Internet Host IP Address.
For the orders placed by customers under the age of 18, the consent of the parent or carer is mandatory. It is the cardholder’s responsibility to make sure that they approve the order. It is the responsibility of the parent or the carer to make sure that the details entered by the child are correct. The cardholder must be available to give information in cases where an under 18 is placing an order.
